摘要
采用UV-Fenton试剂对实际焦化废水进行氧化处理,通过正交试验和单因素试验,探讨了H2O2浓度、FeSO4浓度、反应时间及溶液pH对水样COD及挥发酚去除的影响;在综合考虑经济性和去除效果的前提下,提出反应的最佳条件:FeSO4为0.2g·100mL-1、H2O2为0.59g·100mL-1、反应时间75min、溶液pH为6;试验结果表明,焦化废水经过UV-Fenton氧化处理后,COD去除率能达到86%以上,挥发酚基本能被完全去除。
The treatment of coking wastewater by UV-Fenton system was studied, orthogonal and single factor experiments were carried out to determine the influence of H2O2, FeSO4 dosage, reaction time and pH on the removal of COD and volatile phenol; based on the removal performance and operating cost, optimal reaction condition was proposed, operating at H2O2 concentration of 0.59 g. 100 mL^-1, FeSO4 of 0.2 g·100 mL^-1, reaction time of 75 min and pH=6. After treatment by UV-Fenton system, the COD removal efficiency could reach above 86% and volatile phenol was almost wiped off.
