摘要
Bardenpho工艺是厌氧-好氧交替四段式流程,内循环和污泥均回流至缺氧段,带回了大量NO3(-NO2-),严重影响除磷效果。采用改良的Bardenpho工艺对小区生活污水进行试验,即在缺氧段前增设了厌氧池,并分流70%污泥回流至缺氧池,保证了磷的有效释放,从而提高了聚磷菌在好氧段吸收磷的能力和除磷效果。由于延长第二缺氧-好氧段污泥龄至15~20h,有利于硝化/反硝化菌的生长,从而提高了脱氮处理效果。处理出水氮磷含量均达到GB18918-2002标准:COD为30.3mg·L-1、TN为11.9mg·L-1、TP为0.9mg·L-1,其它主要污染物指标亦符合综合排放标准。
Since Bardenpho process is a four-step one with anaerobic and aerobic interchange, in which inner-circulation and sludge refluxes to A1 lagoon, leading to an abundance of NO3^- (NO2^-) in A1 and A2 lagoon and thus an undesirable effect of removing phosphorus. Herein, in improved Bardenpho process an anaerobic lagoon is established before the anaerobic segment, 70% of sludge brought back to the anaerobic lagoon, ensuring the effective release of phosphorus and a better absorbility of phosphorus and a raised effect of removing phosphorus. The retaintion time of sludge in the second anaerobic-aerobic segment was prolonged to 15-20 h which is helpful to the growth of nitration/anti-nitration germs so that to raise the effect of removing nitrogen. Nitrogen, phosphorus and other contaminants in disposed effluent are lower than those prescribed by GB18918-2002: COD 32.3 mg·L^-1, TN 11.9 mg·L^-1, TP 0.9 mg·L^-1, achieving the expectation of improving process.
