从酸性硫酸盐镀铜废水中回收硫酸铜的研究

Recycling of Copper Sulfate from Acid Copper Sulfate of Electroplating Wastewater

提出了利用酸性硫酸盐镀铜废水生产海绵铜粉,并用催化氧化法将海绵铜粉制备五水硫酸铜的工艺流程。实验结果表明,该工艺设备简单,操作容易,铜粉品位大于90%,铜的回收率大于95%,硫酸铜质量达到农业用合格级。
