摘要
以八甲基环四硅氧烷、N,N-二甲基氨丙基氨丙基二甲氧基硅烷为原料,合成出新型氨烃基聚硅氧烷(ASO-121),并对其应用条件及应用性能进行研究。结果表明,ASO-121的含固量为25%或30%,pH值为6~7时应用效果最佳;随着氨值的增加,整理织物的柔软效果增强;将其与氨乙基氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷(ASO-1)对比可知,经ASO-1整理过的织物柔软效果较好,而经ASO-121整理过的织物滑爽性、静态吸湿性和白度较好。
A new modified amino silicone oil of ASO-121 was synthesized by copolymerization of octamethylcy-clotetrasiloxane and N, N-dimethyl-aminoproyl-aminoproylmethyl dimethoxysilane. Then the application qualification of ASO-121 had been researched. The results indicated the effect of ASO-121 was the best when the content was 25% or 30% and pH was 6-7. When the ammonia increased, the surface of fabric was softer. When compared ASO-121 and ASO-1,the cotton treaded by ASO-1 had good softness, while the cotton treated by ASO-121 had good smoothness, statical hydroscopicity and whiteness.
