摘要
学院制产生于欧洲中世纪大学,它随着大学的诞生而形成,随着大学的发展而完善。学院制作为大学内部组织的一种基本样式,在我国的命运几经曲折,当前学院制改革成为中国大学的一致行动,但是回首学院制管理的历史,我们发现两种不同的历史传统和价值追求,不同价值取向在内部资源配置上呈现不同的特征,有必要对此加以深入思考,在建设现代大学制度的道路上,避免走入歧路,以正确引导大学的健康可持续发展。
Coming into being in the universities in middle age in Europe, institute system appeared with the appearance of university and developed with the development of university. As a basic form of internal organization of university, institute system didn't develop very smoothly and reform on institute system became a concerted action in China. We found two different historical traditions and value pursuit when recalling the history of management of institute system. Different value orientation display different characteristics in terms of internal resources deployment, which needs a thorough ponder. On the way to the construction of modern university , walking into the branch road should be avoided to lead the university to a continuous development.
