大学民主治校路径的研究

On the Democratic Way to College Governance

程序民主与实质民主是高校民主治校相辅相成的两个方面,二者缺一不可。目前在我国高校,程序民主进程远远快于实质民主,引发许多矛盾与问题。为了促进程序民主与实质民主的有机结合,推动大学民主治校,文章提出了三条路径:网络、参与、监督。

Procedure democracy and essence democracy are the two complementary as well as indispensable aspects of the democratic way to college governance. At present, the progressing of procedure democracy is far lagging behind essence democracy, resulting in a number of conflicts and problems. In light of the integration of the ＂tWO democracies＂, this paper has put forward three ways to promote college democratic governance, namely, network, participation and supervision.
