摘要
研究了不同固溶处理对双相铸造不锈钢的组织及其耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,1050℃固溶处理,使钢有适量的均匀分布的奥氏体相,钢的抗均匀腐蚀、晶间腐蚀和抗点蚀性能最好。
The influence of different solid solution treatment on the structure and corrosion resistant property of cast duplex stainless steel was investigated. The results showed that a suitable amount or γphase was distributed uniformly in steel after solid solution treatment at 1050℃,thus the steel possessed best resistant properties for uniform corrosion, intergranular corrosion and pitting corrosion.
