摘要
循环经济的产业转型需要面向市场的金融支持。现阶段我国金融体系存在环境功能缺失,需要进行绿色金融改革。构建我国绿色金融体系不仅要发挥商业银行的金融主力军作用,也要依靠政策性金融的引导作用。此外,提高资本市场的融资能力并推动金融体制创新等是必要的补充手段。
Industrial transformation of Circular Economic needs financial supports oriented to market. Now our country＇s financial system is short of the environmental function, it is needed to reform into green finance. Not only to build green financial system need the commercial band to play on the main force, but also rely on the police finance to steer the Circular Economic. Moreover to improve capital market＇s financing capacity and promote financial institution innovation is necessary complementation.
