摘要
介绍了以次氯酸钠为氧化剂,溴化钠为催化剂,将乳酸乙酯氧化合成丙酮酸乙酯的新工艺。考察了溶剂品种、次氯酸钠用量、溴化钠用量、溶液酸碱性对产品收率的影响。结果表明,在乳酸乙酯用量0.2 mol,选择三氯甲烷为溶剂,其用量120 mL,次氯酸钠用量0.26 mol,溴化钠用量0.004 mol,盐酸5 mL,反应温度20℃,反应时间6 h 的最佳条件下,产品收率可达79.5%,产品纯度超过98%。
The new method to synthesize ethyl pyruvate by oxidizing ethyl lactate using NaCIO as oxidant and NaBr as catalyst was introduced. The effects of reaction conditions such the kinds of solvents, dosage of NaClO and NaBr, and pH of solution on the yield of product were examined. The result showed that the yield of product could be up to 79.5% ,and the purity of product was over 98% at 20 ℃ under the optimum reaction conditions as follows: dosages of ethyl lactate, methyl trichloride as solvent, NaClO, and hydrogen chloride solu- tion were 0.2 mol,120 mL,0.26 tool,0. 004 mol,5 mL repectively,the reaction time 3 hours.
