摘要
介绍了聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯类降凝剂的合成方法,考察了聚丙烯酸十八酯合成条件对降凝剂降凝效果的影响。结果表明,在酸醇摩尔比1.2:1,引发剂偶氮二异丁腈用量为1%,反应温度70℃,反应时间4 h,溶剂甲苯用量50 mL 条件下,合成的聚丙烯酸十八酯降凝剂可使大庆0号柴油凝点降低8℃。
The synthesis methods of higher alcohol acrylates as pour point depressant for diesel fuel were introduced. The effects of synthesis conditions for poly ( octadecyl acrylate) on the depression of pour point were investigated. The results showed that when molar ratio of acid to alcohol was 1.2: 1, the amount of azobi- sisobutyronitrile as initiator was 1%, the reaction temperature was 70℃, the reaction time was 7 hours, and the volume of solvent was 50 mL, higher alcohol acrylates as pour point depressant were synthesized with the pour point of Daqing 0# diesel decreased by 8 ℃.
