摘要
以水为溶剂合成 AA—MA 共聚物的较佳条件是:n(MA):n(AA)=1:3.5,反应温度为80~85℃,过硫酸铵用量为单体质量的6.67%,丙烯酸和过硫酸铵的滴加时间约为2.5 h,保温时间为3.5 h。与三聚磷酸钠(STPP)相比,丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物具有很好的螯和钙的能力、pH 缓冲能力、分散能力、去污力和抗沉积能力。AA—MA 聚合物钠盐具有较高的表面活性,并且与LAS 有良好的协同作用。
The optimum conditions for synthesizing acrylic acid - maleic anhydride copolymer ( AA - MA ) using water as solvent were as follows: n (MA) : n (AA) = 1 : 3.5, reaction temperature 80 - 85 ℃, dosage of ammonium persulfate 6.67% (based on the weight of monomers) ,the dripping time of acrylic acid and ammonium persulfate 2. 5 h, time of the heat preservation reaction 3.5 h. Compared with STPP, AA - MA had better Ca^2+ chelating and pH buffering ability, dispersibility, detergency and anti - sediment ability. AA - MA copolymer also had higher surface activity and better synergism with LAS.
