摘要
用胺、甲醛和亚磷酸为主要原料,以 Mannich 反应为基础合成了在盐水介质中使用的新型缓蚀剂 TL-2,并对其性能进行了评价。实验结果表明,缓蚀剂 TL-2稳定性高,乳化倾向小,溶解分散性好。在3%的盐水体系中,缓蚀剂体系加量180 mg/L,能使腐蚀速度控制在0.07mm/a 以下,pH 适用范围为5~11,抗温性能可达到120℃,能有效阻止盐水介质中的局部腐蚀和全面腐蚀,显示出良好的缓蚀性能。
A novel organic phosphonic acid corrosion inhibitor TL -2 used in brine was prepared based on Mannich reaction from amine, formaldehyde and phosphorous acid, and it was evaluated. The results showed that TL -2 had slight emulsion tendency and good dissolubility and dispersibility with high stability. When the dosage of TL-2 was 180mg/L in 3% brine system,the corrosion rate was below 0. 07 mm/a with pH ranged from 5 to 11 ,and it could be used at temperatures as high as 120 ℃. TL -2 had good corrosion inhibition performance, it could prevent partial and comprehensive corrosion in brine effectively.
