摘要
根据上海一钢（集团）公司的现状以及产业结构、技术装备水平的评估，探讨了一钢集团的发展战略，提出近期发展以坚持挖潜革新改造，提高整体实力为目标，在已组建集团公司的情况下，长远统筹规划，建设合理快畅高效的钢铁物流体系，实行集约化经营生产的构想。
Based on the evaluation to the existing situation, industrial structure and technical level of equipment. the development strategy for Shanghai No1 lron and Steel group was researched. The overall strength can be improved by persisting in tapping the potentialities as well as innovating and transforming during recent years. Tthe concepts of establishing a iron & steel products-flow system with reasonable fast and high efficiency features, and executing the intensified production and management were proposed according to a long -term consideration for the existing organization of the group company.
