对重婚问题的思考

Reflections on the Issue of Bigamy

重婚在客观表现上有两种情况,一种是法律上的重婚,另一种是事实上的重婚。事实上的重婚相对于法律上的重婚,隐秘性强,又不受婚姻登记机关审核的约束,因此它的数量要大于法律上的重婚,危害又不比法律上的重婚小,所以事实上的重婚应严厉打击。随着事实婚姻法律效力的取消,有关事实上的重婚问题就更突出了。

Bigamy includes two situation, one is legal bigamy and the other is virtual bigamy. Compared with legal bigamy, virtual bigamy is so convert, and kicking over the traces by law that it＇s quantity is larger than legal bigamy. It is more harmful and should be forbidden. Because chinese law has different rules on bigamy, virtual bigamy is more serious with the legal force of virtual bigamy is canceled, this should be further improved.
