摘要
采用“正交试验法”优选了新耐火保温材料的配方,测试了材料的性能,编制了其制品的计算机辅助设计程序。铸件生产试验表明,新材料具有良好的保温性能和足够的耐火度,且成本低、工艺简便。
The composition of a hew refractory thermai insulating material was optimized by orthogonal test. The properties of the material had been measured and the computer CAD program for fabricating products had been made. The results showed that the new material possessed good thermal insulating property and high refractoriness with low production cost and simple fabricating technique.
