我国现行的法学教育注重向学生传授必要的法学原理和基于现行规范的法律知识,忽视了对学生的实践能力培养,因而面临着越来越多的批评和责难。要提高法律专业学生的实践能力,应当加强实践性教学环节的地位,推行先进的教学方法。

The existing law education focus on teaching necessary law principles and legal knowledge, ignore the practice of ability. Law education faced with more and more criticism and censure. To improve the practical ability of law students, we should strengthen the position of practical teaching, implement advanced teaching methods.
