摘要
简介线材生产中硬质合金辊环的磨削加工方法，叙述了我国在此领域的开发研究情况，着重介绍了新研制的DCS－002B硬质合金辊环成型磨床的技术参数、结构特点和使用效果，该磨床的主要技术指标已达到同类进口磨床的水平。
The grinding method for hard meta1 roll ring used in rod rolling was introduced, and the current situation and development survey of grinding process in China were briefed. The technical parameter,structure feature and usage effect of the new forming grinder of DCS-002 for hard metal ring were specified,the main technical index of this grinder had reached world level in comparison with similar imported one.
