摘要
介绍了双鸭山矿业集团选煤厂在煤泥水中加入氯化镁提高水质硬度,成功解决了因煤泥水硬度降低,导致浓缩机溢流细泥含量增加、加压过滤机排料周期过长、压滤机冲料与放料时间增加、浓缩机澄清水层薄的经验,并总结出煤泥水硬度的变化对浮选脱水设备产生的直接影响。
The article introduces the successful experience of Coal Separating Plant of Shuangyashan Coal Mining Group Comp. by adding Magnesium Chloride to slurry for improving water hardness, and solving the problem about the lower slurry water hardness causing the increase of concentrating machine overflowed fine slime, long cycle of pressure filtering machine prolonged, increasing input and output material time of filter press, and the slightness of thickener clear aqueous layer. The article also summed up the changes of coal slurry water hardness would effect on floatation water extractor.
