Observations adjustment is very important in the work of processing and evaluation of the observations. Using computer to do the work of adjustment not only saves the time but also improves the accuracy of the computer results. This software is based on the parameter adjustment module and uses the visual program- ming language VB 6.0 as tools to development. By the test example verification indicates that the adjustment modules are right, practicability is better and the calculating results are trusty.
