The paper concerns itself with the brief account of how to apply the fuzzy mathematic methods to the comprehensive assessment of the productive capacity of coal enterprise. On the basis of analysis, alternative assessment factors are presented, followed by the narration of the steps of comprehensive assessment of the productive capacity of coal enterprise. In short, this method can help to dealwith the fuzzy evaluation language of experts by mathematics, and thus realize comprehensive quantity assessment from different aspects and different levels.
