中药联合治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:探讨中药联合治疗DN的疗效。方法:将80例早、中、晚期DN患者,随机分为两组。治疗组和对照组各40例,两组均采用糖尿病常规治疗,对并发症对症治疗。治疗组加黄芪、人参、山药、大黄、车前子煎汤口服,同时静滴丹参、黄芪、川芎注射液。结果:治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组,治疗组的FBG、HbA1c、Tch、TG、BUN、Scr、β2-MG明显低于对照组。结论:中药联合使用能降血糖、降血脂,改善肾脏微循环,减少尿蛋白,减轻肾损害,改善肾功能。

Objective： To discuss the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Method, 80 DN patients in early, middle and late stages were randomly divided into two groups, 40 eases in each group. Both groups were given conventional treatment for diabetic and symptomatic treatment for complications. Treatment group was added astragalus, ginseng, Chinese yam, rhubarb and plantain seed decoction and intravenous drip salvia, astragalus and chuanxiong injection. Result： Treatment group＇s effective rate was obviously higher than control group, and its FBG, HbAlc, Tch, TG, BUN, Ser and β2--MG was much lower than control group. Conclusion.. Traditional Chinese medicine can decrease glucose and serum lipid, improve renal microcirculation, reduce urine protein, alleviate renal damage and improve renal function.
