中药芒硝加生地榆湿敷治疗静脉输液渗漏的临床实验研究

Clinical and Experimental Study on the Treatment of Leakage of Venous Transfusion with Mirabilite and Shengdiyu for Wet Dressing

目的:观察中药芒硝加生地榆湿敷与西药硫酸镁治疗静脉输液渗漏的疗效。方法:对我科2006年10月-2007年4月20例患者采用中药芒硝加生地榆湿敷与15例采用常规的西药硫酸镁湿敷静脉输液渗漏处两种处理方法进行疗效比较分析。结果:两种处理方法在减轻疼痛,缓解消肿时间方面有显著差异。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of the wet dressing of mirabilite and Shengdiyu in treating the leakage of venous transfusion. Method： 20 cases were use mirabilite and Shengdiyu wet dressing and 15 cases were use western medicine of magnesium sulfate for wet dressing from Oct. 2006 to Apr. 2007. The efficacy of two groups were compared and analyzed. Result： The two methods had significant difference in the time of relieving pain and detumescence.
