摘要
目的比较两种玻璃纤维桩与钛合金桩的抗折裂强度及折裂模式,为国产玻璃纤维桩的临床应用提供实验依据。方法收集30颗近期正畸拔除的下颌第二前磨牙,去除牙冠根管治疗后随机分成A、B、C三组,每组10颗,分别用国产玻璃纤维桩,ParapostFiberLux玻璃纤维桩,Parapost钛合金预成桩作桩,复合树脂做核,金属全冠修复。电子万能实验机测试每组试样的抗折裂强度及折裂模式。结果①三组试样的抗折裂强度均值分别为2.917、3.069、1.541,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),前两组的抗折裂强度均高于C组(P<0.05),而此两组间抗折裂强度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②三组试样的折裂模式差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论①两组玻璃纤维桩抗折裂强度较高且折裂模式80%为可修复性折裂。②新研发的国产玻璃纤维桩能够满足临床要求并有良好的应用前景。③钛合金预成桩的抗折裂强度较低且折裂模式90%表现为不可修复性折裂。
Objective To compare the effect of 2 glass fiber post systems and 1 titanium on the fracture resistance and fracture patterns of crowned, endodontically treated teeth, providing experimental basis for clinical application of domestically developed glass fiber post. Methods Collected 30 recently extracted, sound human mandibular second premolar with their crowns removed were endodontically treated. Three groups of 10 specimens were formed randomly. Teeth were restored with domestic glass fiber posts,Parapost Fiber Lux glass fiber posts,and Parapost prefabricated titanium posts respectively. All teeth were restored with composite cores, and metal crowns were fabricated. Each specimen was secured in a universal load-testing machine with a special jig to test. Fracture loads and patterns were recorded. Results ①The mean failure loads were 2.917,3.069, and 1.541 for groups A, B and C, respectively. Significant differences were observed on the fracture resistance among 3 groups(P 〈 0.05 ). Group A and B exhibited significantly higher resistance to fracture than group C (P 〈 0.05 ). ②Significant differences were observed in fracture patterns among 3 groups (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion ①Significantly higher resistance to fracture were recorded for root canal treated teeth restored with group A, B and the majority(80%) showed restorable root fracture. ②Domestic glass fiber post, can meet the requirements for post material and has a promising perspective in clinic. ③When suffering lower loads, the prefabricated titanium posts(90%) demonstrated unrestorable fractures.
