循证护理在ICU预防鼻饲并发症中的应用

Evidence-based Care in ICU to Prevent Complications of Nasal Feeding

目的探讨循证护理在ICU预防鼻饲并发症的应用效果。方法将108例鼻饲患者随机分为对照组54例和观察组54例,分别使用传统的护理方法和循证的护理方法,观察鼻饲并发症的发生情况,数据进行统计学分析。结果两组鼻饲并发症比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),循证护理方法的鼻饲并发症发生情况明显低于传统的护理方法。结论应用循证的护理方法能有效地预防ICU鼻饲并发症,提高护理质量。

Objective To discuss the application of evidence-based care to prevent of complications nasal feeding. Methods 108 cases of nasal feeding patients were randomly divided into two groups of 54 cases as control group and 54 cases as the observation group. The two group adopted traditional methods and evidence-based nursing care respectively. Observed nasal feeding and the occurrence of complications ,the data for statistical analysis. Results Complications of nasal feeding results in both groups had significant difference（P 〈 0.01 ）, the occurrence of complications in nasal feeding evidence-based care was significantly lower than traditional care. Conclusion Evidence-basod care can be an effective way to prevent ICU nasal feeding complications and improve quality of care.
