高频彩色超声诊断231例乳腺小肿块的探讨

Study on small lump diagnosis in mammary gland in 231 patients using high frequency color ultrasound

目的探讨应用高频彩色多普勒超声对乳腺小肿块二维图像和彩色多普勒血流特点的研究。方法通过对231例乳腺小肿块的声像图表现、彩色多普勒超声血流及频谱的分析,提供了对乳腺小肿块早期良、恶性病变的鉴别诊断依据。结果231例乳腺小肿块中,各类乳腺癌159例,占68.83%;良性肿瘤72例,占31.17%。乳腺癌同侧腋窝淋巴结转移26例,占11.26%。结论高频彩色多普勒超声对乳腺小肿块的诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要价值。

[Objective] To study the blood flow characteristic of small mammary gland lump in 2-dimentional picture and color Doppler using high frequency color Doppler ultrasound. [Methods] The differential diagnosing evidences of early phase benign and malignant small mammary gland lump are provided through the analysis in the appearance of the ultrasound imaging and the blood flow and frequency spectrum of color Doppler ultrasound in 231 patients. [Results] There are 159 cases of breast carcinoma （68.83%）, 72 cases of benign tumor （31.17%）, 19 cases of homolateral axillary fossa metastasis （8.23%） in all the 231 cases of small mammary gland lump patients. [Conclusion] To small mammary gland lump, high frequency color Doppler ultrasound has a high value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
