关于河北大学卫生职业技术学院在校学生抑郁症发病情况的调查初步分析

Investigation and analysis about depression in medical college students

目的了解中等医院在校学生抑郁症发生状况,探讨有关影响因素,为开展针对性的心理卫生保健工作提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样法,对河北大学卫生职业技术学院在校学生800名进行关于抑郁状态及影响因素的问卷调查,结果采用统计学方法处理。结果河北大学卫生职业技术学院抑郁症的检出率为40.5%(324/800),高中起点学生及初中起点学生的检出率分别是44%(176/400)和37%(148/400),就业压力及学习负担、失恋以及对生活环境不满意等是产生抑郁情绪的主要影响因素。结论医学生抑郁检出率较高,而且与年龄有关,应重视和加强对医学生的心理卫生保健工作。

[Objective] To find out the incidence and study the influencing factors about depression in medical school students. To provide basis for psychological counseling and intervention. [Method] Using stratisfied sampiing method, 800 medic,ial students were chosen to complete a questionnaire ,involving population character, depression status and its lnfluening factors. [Results] The incidence of depression was 40.5% （324/800）. The main influencing factors were worries about acadimics and employment, being disappointed in a love affairs, being dlissatisfied with envirnoment. [Conclusion] High incidence of depression exists in medical school Some efficient interventions should be taken.
