双黄连行泪道冲洗结合探通术治疗泪囊炎的探讨

Discussion of the Way Treating Neonatal Dacryocystitis with Shuanghuanglian Lacrimal Passages-flushing Combined with Lacrimal Probing

目的探讨双黄连行泪道冲洗,结合泪道探通术治疗婴幼儿泪囊炎,经治疗后使婴幼儿泪道通畅,恢复正常泪道功能。方法对52例(60眼)婴幼儿泪囊炎,使用哈药集团中药二厂出品的注射用双黄连(冻干)配成的混合药液进行泪道冲洗,分别隔天冲洗二三次后仍有泪溢者,结合泪道探通术治疗。结果双黄连行泪道冲洗结合泪道探通术治疗婴幼儿泪囊52例60眼,按治疗眼数统计,治愈率为96.77%。结论此疗法治疗婴幼儿泪囊炎安全有效,适合基层儿童眼科使用。

Objective To investigate curing neonatal dacryocystitis of lacrimal passage rogation with Shuanghuanglian and lacrimal probing. Neonatal dacryocystitis passed lacrimal passages after treatment and got back normal function. Methods To cure 52 cases（60 eyes） of neonatal dacryocystitis,mix liquor with Shuanghuanglian（freezing-drying） was inject of lacrimal passage rogation with the second Chinese medicinal herbs factory, group of Hayao. If the baby had epiphora,it was iragation two or three every other day. You must do lacrimal passages sounding. Results The total efficiency was 96.77%, 52 cases（60 eyes） of neonatal daeryocystitis were cured in lacrimal passage irrigation with Shuanghuanglian and lacrimal passages sounding. Conclusion Lacrimal passage irrigation with Shuanghuanglian and lacrimal passages sounding to cure neonatal dacryocystitis, is simple and effective, easy to use.
