不同时间接受康复治疗对股骨颈骨折患者术后FIM评分的影响

Functional Independence Measure of Patients with Transcervical Fracture at Different Time Points of Rehabilitative Treatment

目的观察不同时间接受康复治疗对股骨颈骨折患者术后FIM评分的影响。方法选择近期进行加压螺钉联合带血管蒂髂骨瓣转移手术治疗股骨颈骨折患者65例,入选对象分别在术后不同时间接受了康复干预治疗以及功能独立性测量量表(FIM)评估。结果两组患者术后6个月时FIM总分及多数分项评分明显高于3个月时测评结果,同时早期干预组术后不同时间段的FIM总分及大部分分项评分也明显高于对照组同期结果(P均<0.01～0.05)。结论尽早开始康复干预治疗可明显改善股骨颈骨折术后患者FIM评分。

Objective To investigate the functional independence measure（FIM） of patients with transcervical fracture at different time points of rehabilitative treatment. Methods 65 patients with transcervical fracture who received compression screw combining with ifiac bone anglo-stalk transfer were selected in this study. Rehabilitative intervention and FIM evaluation were performed at different postoperative time points. Results Total FIM score and item scores were significantly higher at 6 postoperative months than those at 3 ones. Moreover,total FIM score and item scores in the rehabilitative intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈 0.01 - 0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitative treatment can apparently improve FIM scores in transcervical fracture patients as early as possible.
