ω-3脂肪酸和心源性猝死
摘要
ω-3脂肪酸在健康人群中有预测心源性猝死的价值,服用ω-3脂肪酸能减少心源性猝死的发生,但对特殊类型疾病如充血性心力衰竭的病人心源性猝死的预测还有争议。另外服用ω-3脂肪酸可增加ICD植入病人的较慢室性心动过速的机会,但不一定增加心源性猝死的危险。ω-3脂肪酸在心源性猝死中的地位还需大规模临床试验来充分证明。
