急诊静脉药物转复初发快速房颤53例分析

摘要 目的观察初发快速心房颤动在静脉应用药物转复的情况。方法对于初发快速房颤患者给予静脉药物转复治疗。首次给予静脉注射稀释后的胺碘酮150mg,15min缓慢注入;观察30min后无效时重复使用,若仍无效时用输液泵静滴维持0.5mg/min,持续24h。记录用药前、后心室率和血压变化,并观察时间点上的转复率及不良反应率。结果药物转复效果良好。结论胺碘酮对于初发的快速房颤的转复是安全有效的。
