The Recent Development of Nickel Pseudo-crystal Capacitor

摘要 回顾了国内外近几年含镍电极材料的赝电容器的研究进展;比较了镍的氢氧化物、氧化物等的制备方法、工艺条件,以及它们的掺杂改性和与多孔性栽体复合等,作为赝电容器材料的特点;指出了提高材料的比电容、比功率、比能量等超级电容器主要性能指标的一些建议。 This paper reviews the recent development of nickel pseudo-crystal capacitors in China and abroad. It discusses technological developments, manufacturing methods and changes in the mixture of NI (OH)2 and NiO. Finally, suggestions are offeed to improve the main capability of the nickel pseudo-crystal capacitor in specific capacity, specific power and specific energy.
