摘要
以H2O2为氧源,研究了歧化松香胺Schiff碱-镍配合物催化烯烃的氧化反应,探讨了溶剂种类、催化剂用量、氧化剂用量、反应温度及反应时间对催化氧化反应的影响,并利用气相色谱测定了底物的转化率,GC/MS联用仪分析了氧化产物的结构.结果表明,催化氧化反应的较佳条件是:以无水乙醇为溶剂,苯乙烯(环己烯、异戊二烯)5.000 g,催化剂Schiff碱-镍配合物用量为0.01 g,30%的H2O29 mL,78℃反应2 h.苯乙烯、环己烯、异戊二烯的转化率分别为:72.4%、56.5%、89.3%.主要产物为环氧化合物.
It has been investigated for the catalytic oxidation of alkene with nickel complex catalyst of disproportionated rosin amine Shift base by H2O2. Factors affecting oxidation, such as solvents, temperature, reaction time, dosage of catalyst and the ratio of oxidant to alkene have been investigated. The fractional conversion of substrates have been determinated by gas chromatography. The structures of oxidation product have been analyzed with gas chromatography - masspectrometer. The optimum reaction conditions were:5. 000g olefin with 9 mL 30 % H2O2 at 78 ℃ for 2h in 0. 01 g nickel complex in Ethanol. The conversion of styrene reached 72.4%, the conversion of eyclohexene reached 56.5% , the conversion of isoprene reached 89.3%. The oxidation product are expoxy compounds.
