摘要 研究了PP餐盒中的助剂向食品迁移量是否超过国家相应法规中的限量标准,以及迁移量与食品种类、浸泡温度的关系。结果表明:除蒸馏水以外,酸类、油类和醇类食品均超标。其中,酸类食品迁移量最大,油类次之,醇类最少;迁移量随浸泡温度的升高而增加。 PP lunch box was tested on the migration of food additive. The relation between migration amount and kinds of food, and soaking temperature was analyzed. The results showed that acids, oils, and alcohol food are all over standard. The migration of acid food is the largest; oil food is in the middle; and alcohol food is the minimum. The migration amount increases with the rise of soaking temperature.
