X-PLY超强瓦楞纸板动态缓冲特性的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于跌落冲击试验,研究X-PLY(A)、X-PLY(B)两种超强瓦楞纸板的动态缓冲性能,获得了动态缓冲特性曲线的经验公式及其特征系数,为X-PLY超强瓦楞纸板在缓冲包装中的推广应用提供了基本数据。结果表明,X-PLY超强瓦楞纸板的动态缓冲特性曲线呈凹谷状,开口向上,只有一个极小值点,冲击加速度波形近似于半正弦波,具有优良的动态缓冲特性,而且X-PLY(A)超强瓦楞纸板的动态缓冲性能比X-PLY(B)超强瓦楞纸板更好。 In order to obtain the experiential formulas and characteristic factors of dynamic cushion curves and provide basic data for utilizing X-PLY corrugated paperboard in transportation paekaging , dynamic cushioning properties of X-PLY(A) and X-PLY(B) corrugated paperboard were investigated by drop shock experiments. The results showed that the shapes of dynamic cushion curves of X-PLY corrugated paperboards are always concave and upward ; each piece of dynamic cushion curve has only one minimum value point; the waves of shock acceleration are similar to half-sine shock pulses; so X-PLY corrugated paperboard possesses excellent dynamic cushioning property. Moreover, the dynamic cushioning property of X- PLY corrugated paperboard with flutes A is better than X-PLY corrugated paperboard with flutes B.
