摘要
在对年糕生产和包装工艺过程进行分析的基础上,提出了一种一体化年糕生产包装机方案,并利用三菱Fx2n-48系列可编程控制器开发了该一体化包装机的控制系统,实现了对从年糕切割、排样、三边热封、抽真空单边热封、最后到高温消毒的整个自动化包装过程的控制。
An integrated cake machining and packaging machine was put forward based on the analysis of cake machining and packaging process. Its control system was designed based on Fx2n-48, which implements the entire process of automated packaging control including cake cutting, sorting, three-edges heat-sealing, vacuum pumping and one-edges heat-sealing, and finally high temperature sterilization.
