摘要
对目前国内第三方包装服务行业典型"整体包装解决方案"的理念进行辨析,分别选取耐帆包装、UPP(上海)、圣为集团的"整体包装解决方案"进行个案分析,阐述各自的理念和运作方式,并分析和对比他们实施此种战略的优势,也为该行业的新进入者提出了几点建议。
Several correlative concepts were discriminated, which were CPS （Comprehensive Packaging Solution）, IPS（integrated packaging solution）, and BPS （brand packaging solution）, so as to clarify the understanding. Starting from individual case analysis of three typical conceptions in complete packaging solution, the basic viewpoints and their operation ways were illustrated. Through comprehensive analysis and comparison of the advantages of implementing their own CPS strategy, some suggestions were presented for newcomers entering this new industry.
