The summary of the experience in personnel education of enterprises indicate that the personnel education of enterprises is the educational training integrating with the educational behavior and the administrative action. It is also the continuous training manifesting the utility, professionalization and specialization. Its characteristics, educational category, teaching strategy and teaching methodology were defined and elaborated.
