Optimizing teachers＇ education and promoting teachers＇ professional development are the focus and tendency of teachers＇ education during the ＂eleventh five-year plan＂. In regional teachers＇ education, we should always stick to the idea of combining training and research together, school-based training and developing modem teachers＇ education. We should also plan it as a whole, make the aim clear, fulfill responsibility, pay attention to connotation, research on distance training, explore training subject and improve teachers＇ education.
