在"十一五"大连市教师教育中,西岗区教师进修学校以开发适切研修专题、开展"下水式"研修专题培训、提供内炼外修平台等措施,规范、有效地统领区教师教育的实践研究。

During the teachers＇ education in Dalian in the＂ eleventh five-year plan＂, Xigang distnct teachers＇ training school did a lot to be the leading role in regional teacher education. What they did are ： develop some special study and research topics; have the training of ＂exploring＂ ; provide the platform to both inside and outside improvement.
