摘要 依托广东省佛山市一环城际快速干线沥青路面工程,对TLA改性沥青混合料AC-13C的配合比和性能进行了试验研究.首先分析了6种不同TLA掺量的TLA改性沥青的技术性能,从而确定了性价比优良的TLA适宜掺量为40%;其次通过正交试验法对TAC-13C的配合比进行了优化设计,提出了满足各项技术指标要求的级配建议范围,并据此进行了配合比设计,对其路用性能进行了室内检验;然后通过试验路铺筑及现场质量监控和性能检测进行了验证.研究结果表明,设计出的TAC-13C具有优良的路用性能,可应用于南方湿热地区的重交通道路. The match ratios and performances of;TLA modified asphalt mixture AC-13C (TAC-13C) were tested and researched according to the asphalt pavement engineering in the First Loop Expressway of Fast Main Highway of Foshan City in Guangdong Province, Firstly, the technical performances of TLA modified asphalt with 6 kinds of different TLA mixing rate were analyzed to obtain a reasonable TLA mixing rate as 40% in a fine performance-price-ratio, Secondly, the match ratios of TAC-13C were optimized with the orthogonal experiment, and the recommended ranges of gradation are suggested to meet the technical requirements of every index. Accordingly the match ratio was designed, and its pavement performances were checked in a laboratory. Finally, the designed TAC-13C was verified in a trial road with the quality control and performances testing on the site. The results show that the designed TAC-13C is fine in pavement performances and can be applied in the heavy-traffic highways of the hot and humid southern region.
