摘要
目的:采用高效液相法测定复方樟脑乳膏中葡萄糖酸氯己定的含量。方法:以Kromasil-C18(250.0mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水-三乙胺(44∶56∶1)(用磷酸调节pH值至3.5±0.1),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长258nm。结果:线性范围为0.08～0.72μg,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.92%,RSD=0.04%。结论:该方法便捷、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可以控制该药的质量。
Objective：A HPLC method for the determination of Chlorhexidine Gluconate in Compound camphor tincture. Methods： Kromasil -C18（ 250 mm×4.6 min,5 μm）column was used with methanol-water-triethylamine（44：56：1） （abjusted pH to 3.5±0.1 by phosphoric acid） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The content was detected at wavelen of 258 nm. Results：The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.08--.0.72 μg, r=0.999 9. The average recovery rate was 99.92% and RSD was 0.04%. Conclusion：The method is accurate and reliable,suitable for the determination of compound camphor tineture.
