甜玉米区域试验点对品种鉴别能力估计方法的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了比较不同试验点在区域试验中鉴别力的大小,利用变异系数法、回归系数法和AMMI模型Dj值法对福建甜玉米区试点的鉴别力进行了比较研究。结果表明,变异系数法与AMMI模型Dj值法结论大致相同,回归系数法差异较大,而AMMI模型Dj值法相对最准确。试验还表明,Dj值小的试点,其与基因型互作效应弱。 To compare the discriminating ability of different sites in regional tests, three methods, including variation coefficient, regression coefficient and the Dj parameter of AMMI model, were applied to estimate discrimination of Fujian sweet maize regional tests sites or the best genotypes. The results showed that the conclusions were similar, using the methods of variation coefficient and Dj parameter of AMMI model. While large difference was produced by method of regression coefficient. The result by method of AMMI model was the most precise, compared to those by the other two methods. Low value of Dj showed little effect of genotype by environment interactions.
