摘要
晚清英语教学的不同阶段、不同教学目的催生了"语法翻译"、"古安系列"和"中国各体英语"等教学方法。这些英语教学方法各具特色,共同推动着晚清特殊历史时期英语教学的开展,其合理内涵也为构建和完善当今大学英语教学体系提供了有益借鉴。
Different English teaching stages and purposes in the Late Qing Dynasty called for such different English teaching methods as the Grammar-Translation, the Gouin Series and the Chinese Englishes, which demonstrated obvious features respectively. These English teaching methods co-promoted the English teaching in the special historical period,and possessed reference for the construction and perfection of the eurrent college English teaching systems.
