通过回顾国内文献数据库的发展历程，分析其应用与发展模式，对生物医药文献数据库系统的发展方向与趋势提出建议，为发掘中医药数据库的特色优势、开拓市场以及自身发展提出相应的对策。

This paper overviewed the history of database development in China and analyzed its application and developing mode. Thus the paper made advises on the developing trends of biomedicine database construction, to provide strategies for digging the features of biomedicine database, developing market, and improving biomedicine database itself.
