摘要
分析2008年初广西罕见低温雨雪冰冻灾害过程中桂北冻雨日数、最长连续冻雨日数的分布特征,阐述冻雨对电网的危害,分析此次过程的冻雨灾害影响,在灾后反思的基础上进一步提出减灾对策。
On the view of the distribution characteristics of the number of days with icy rain and the longest duration days with icy rain, the hazard of icy rain to the net-work of power is analyzed. Based on the Reflection of disaster, some mitigation countermeasures are put forward.
