Constructs an opening and the fusion quality teaching system needs to make one to teach, to study, to do friendly in one network teaching platform. To construct a stable practice base and a teaching team to achieve the education teaching target, the teaching implementation system and the teaching monitoring appraisal system opening and the fusion is the core of the teaching system.
