美国教育管理专业硕士课程开发探略

摘要 美国教育管理专业硕士的培养包括研究生教育与校长资格证书课程,其专业硕士课程大致包括组织与管理、课程与教学、教育研究与管理实践等五个领域的内容。文章以里海大学的教育管理专业硕士课程为例,对其课程结构、课程实施和课程评价等方面进行介绍和分析,并提出对我国教育管理专业硕士课程的借鉴意义。
