摘要
目的:探讨小儿胸部X线摄影方法。方法:通过多年小儿摄片工作经验的总结,从X线防护、摄影环境及方法、摄影时机、摄影的KV值选择等方面对摄片进行探讨。结果:根据小儿年龄及生理特点确定小儿胸部X线摄影曝光量、曝光时机、摄影方式,能使小儿胸部X线摄影水平及质量提高。结论:对患儿高度责任心、正确的摄影条件是摄出优质小儿胸片的关键。
Purpose： Discuss the methods of child chest x-ray photography. Methods： Based on working experiments, discuss x-ray photographic technology by X-ray fence, photographic surroundings and methods, photographic time selection of KV. Result： According to child age and physiological characteristic, determined the child chest X-ray photography exposure, exposure time, methods of photography. By these can improve the child photography technical level and photographic quality. Conclusion： Key of high quality X-ray image is responsibility and correct condition of photography.
