分析配电系统停电产生的直接和间接影响,总结停电损失类型,概述国外采用的混合用户停电损失估算法、住宅用户停电损失估算法、VOLL法等4种停电损失评估方法,详细介绍国内采用的平均电价折算倍数法、产电比法和总拥有费用法这3种停电损失评估方法,旨在为准确评估停电损失提供参考。

In the paper, the direct and indirect effect caused by power off in distribution system and the type of power off loss were summarized, and then the four estimation method including power off loss estimation in mixed customers of foreign countries and the residual customers, VOLL method were generalized, among which the three estimation method including average electrovalence convert muhiple method, ratio of output value to unit electric energy consumption method and total owning cost method were introduced in detail for providing accurate reference.
