儿童肥胖临床相关病理机制研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 儿童肥胖是由遗传、代谢、内分泌失调、不良生活习惯等多种因素引起的综合征．99％的儿童肥胖是单纯性肥胖。遗传及环境因素是儿童肥胖发生的重要因素。儿童肥胖与代谢综合征、心血管损害、胰岛素抵抗及肝脏脂肪变性关系密切。现就儿童肥胖临床相关病理机制的进展综述如下：
